Las dinámicas de desarrollo de la educación técnica y tecnológica en Santander mediante un estudio institucional

Este articulo presenta los resultados de una investigacion historica en la que se establecieron las dinamicas de desarrollode la educacion tecnica y tecnologica en el Departamento de Santander mediante el estudio de centros educativosgestores de esta formacion academica en la region, como el Instituto Tecnico Superior Damaso Zapata y las UnidadesTecnologicas de Santander. El proceso de consolidacion de la educacion tecnica y tecnologica fue entendido y abordadodesde las politicas del Gobierno Nacional y como estrategia de progreso establecida para Latinoamerica. THE DYNAMICS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF TECHNICAL AND TECHNOLOGICAL EDUCATION IN SANTANDER BY MEANS OF AN INSTITUTIONAL STUDY Abstract This paper presents the results of an historical research that established the dynamics of development of technicaland technology education in the State of Santander, through the study of educational centers, pioneers in the region,like the Instituto Tecnico Superior Damaso Zapata and the Unidades Tecnologicas de Santander. The process of consolidationof technical and technological education was understood from the national government policies and strategy ofprogress in Latin America.
