Nota sobre un caso de parasitismo de Ornithodoros sp. (Ixodida: Argasidae) en una mujer proveniente de La Laja, Los Santos, Panamá. Informe de Caso

We are presenting the parasitism of Ornithodoros sp. in a woman, who is a resident in La Laja town (Los Santoss Province). The affected person reported several bites during the night. Additionally, we discuss the importance of Ornithodoros ticks in the public health system in the Republic of Panama.
