The invention discloses an electric steel structure weld non-fusion defect artificial quantification and positioning simulation method. The method comprises arranging a groove at a weld defect part and polishing and flattening the surface of the groove, 2, arranging a ceramic liner at the bottom of the groove, 3, at the groove, splicing ceramic pieces by inorganic high temperature-resistant glue so that weld non-fusion defects with different shapes and sizes are formed, and tightly bonding the ceramic pieces and a mother material of the welding groove by the inorganic high temperature-resistant glue cure, and 4, carrying out welding from the top surface to finish weld formation and carrying out knocking to release the ceramic liner. The electric steel structure weld non-fusion defect artificial quantification and positioning simulation method has the advantages of simple and easy operation processes, accurate and controllable defect simulation positions, no deformation of defect areas after welding, good design realizability and low material cost.
