Data Analysis of Body Weight and Body Size of Yak in Yushu Based on Data Mining

The aim of this paper is to establish the weight estimation model of yak by studying the relationship between body weight and body size of Yushu's yak, which guides the production and breeding of Yaks in Qingzang plateau three rivers source. The data of body weight and body size are obtained by using the weighbridge and a tape measure. We used random functions to divide these data into training sets and test sets. The data of training set is clustered by K-means method. Then, the linear regression algorithm of machine learning algorithm is used to analyze the body weight and body size of yak on the Weka platform of data mining. The results show that the correlation between the predicted values and the observed values of the five models obtained by clustering K-means method are 0.8746, 0.8848, 0.9046, 0.9013 and 0.8612, respectively.
