espanolDurante dos ensayos consecutivos (1974-75 y 1975-76) se ha realizado un estudio sobre el valor nutritivo de siete variedades de veza (cinco cultivares y dos poblaciones de V. sativa y V. villosa,) a cuatro estados progresivos de madurez de la planta.
