Discussion on China Railways Entering into Travel Management Market

Based on analyzing the status and scale of China travel management market as well as enterprise’s travel management mode,taking CITS AMEX and Ctrip network as examples,this paper studies the operation characteristics of travel management companies with different types.Through comparing the two modes of railway passenger transportation entering into travel management market,which are: becoming travel management company and be cooperating with travel management company,the paper puts forward the suggestion of railways should strengthen the cooperation with travel management company.In the end,targeting with 2 kinds of clients,the large multinational enterprises and middle small scale enterprises,the paper puts forward the strategy of differential travel management.
