Research on the Installation Multiplication of Procambarus Shrimp of crayfish Procambarus

[Objective] The theoretical basis and reference for the installation multiplication of the shrimp was provided the research on the key technologies of its multiplication in glass tank,concrete ponds.[Method] The comparative experiment in different densities(40,30,20 shrimps/m2),the ratio of male to female(4∶ 1,3∶ 1,2∶ 1 and all females) was conducted to induce the synchronized spawning of shrimp based on the technique of "intensive culturing,flushing stimulation and shade".[Results] After 59 days,the survival rate of the parent shrimp in the experimental pool was from 50% to 93% and the overall survival rate was 71%.The spawning rate of the parent shrimp in experimental pool was 64.0%~84.7% and the overall spawning rate was 76.9%.The two-factor comparative test results showed that the appropriate condition of shrimp reproduction was the parental density was 40 shrimps/m2 and the ratio of male and female was 4∶ 1.[Conclusion] The shrimp could be normally spawning,spawning,hatching larvae in glass tank,concrete ponds and other soil-less water-body.It was feasible for its to be multiplied under the installation condition.
