Mechanical kinematics analysis and optimization design of a bionic anti-decubitus multifunctional nursing bed

Based on human activity characteristics and joint physiological data, this paper designed a kind of bionic anti-decubitus multifunctional nursing bed, which can help patients carry the daily motions and relieve the caregiver’s work, prevent the occurrence of hemorrhoids effectively, improve the patients’ life quality of. The kinematics analysis of the key motions is carried out in the paper. The results show that the design satisfies the pose requirements of the activity and the motion is stable, which provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent control work. According to the analysis results, the existing shortcomings are obtained, and the improvement direction of the optimized design is proposed.
