ANALISIS RUANG KOMERSIAL BAGI PEDAGANG KAKI LIMA DI KAWASAN HUTAN KOTA RAWA DONGKAL, KELURAHAN CIBUBUR, JAKARTA TIMUR

Jakarta residents often travel outside the city on holidays. In fact, the city of Jakarta also has the potential for diverse tourist attractions. One of the potential of natural tourism in this city is the Rawa Dongkal City Forest located in Cibubur Village. Utilization of urban forest as a tourist attraction has basically been protected in terms of legality, but in reality, the problem that often occurs is that most urban forests have not been properly utilized. The purpose of this study was to analyze the use of commercial space for street vendors in the Rawa Dongkal City Forest area. It is hoped that street vendors will no longer be considered a threat, but can be involved and support conservation through tourism activities. This research uses qualitative methods which are translated into three stages. First is the orientation or description of the potential and characteristics of Green Open Space, second is the reduction in determining internal and external factors in involving street vendors, and the last is selection in analyzing the use of commercial space in the Rawa Dongkal City Forest area. The study found that the main strength of tourism products in the Rawa Dongkal City Forest is related to natural potential. Therefore, supporting facilities for natural tourism attractions based on the principles of sustainable tourism are suitable to be developed, such as commercial centers that are used as culinary centers. The concept that can be implemented is the Zoning Concept used is the concept of Tripartite Attraction Design Model. This concept is an alternative to the potential of natural tourism and local communities complement each other in developing tourism activities in the Rawa Dongkal City Forest area.   Keywords: Utilization, Commercial Space, Street vendors, City Forest Rawa Dongkal, Cibubur
