Application of D-S Evidence Theory in the Belt Conveyor Fault Diagnosis

In view of the long distance transmission belt conveyor,large capacity,fast velocity,accident is harm to personnel and equipment.Based on D-S evidence theory with the advantage in dealing with the uncertainty,this paper applies the D-S evidence theory in the fault diagnosis of the belt conveyor,discuses the fault diagnosis of D-S evidence theory and the process of belt conveyor fault diagnosis based on evidence theory in detail.Experiment result shows that the D-S evidence theory can effectively improve the diagnostic reliability,and it is a kind of very effective belt conveyor fault diagnosis method.
