Theory and Application Study on Causing Fatalities by Hit-and-Run Traffic Accident

Traffic accident is a common criminal phenomenon in judicial practice,however,it's one of even harder problems to identify the fact of causing fatalities by Hit-and-Run.By the paper,on the understanding of No.133 article of The Criminal Law of P.R.China,the author further analyzes the guilt of causing fatalities by Hit-and-Run traffic accident,attempting to solve the penalty problems towards causing fatalities by Hit-and-Run traffic accident on the judicial practice levels.
