Research on torque ripple suppression of mine electric locomotive speed control system based on BLDCM

Aiming at the conventional BLDC motor speed control system mine locomotive power torque ripple, speed curve is not smooth and slow to respond to shortcomings, proposing a prediction method based on torque ripple current suppression method. By analyzing the phase current phase current of the BLDCM motor during the opening period and shutdown period, calculating the actual electromagnetic torque expression, giving the corresponding electromagnetic torque ripple curve. The paper will be divided by the forecast model prediction method based on the current model, feedback tuning and performance optimization Step 3, by controlling the commutation current is maintained in a stable state, in order to achieve the torque ripple suppression. Through simulation and practical experiments showed that: the mine electric locomotive speed control system has a torque ripple small, fast response and so on.
