Mesh-free method

Abstract This chapter introduces the mesh-free method for solving neutronics problems. The mesh-free method is also called the meshless method. As implied by the name of algorithm itself, the calculation of this method does not rely on the geometry of meshes, but relies only on node positions. The basic idea and brief theory of mesh-free method and an improved block mesh-free method are introduced in this chapter. After that some examples are given.
