Online quality checking for large-scale centralized verification based on statistical process control

Aiming at the problems of long verification period, poor real-time performance, inaccuracy status of the traditional electric metering device, and great influence on verification and production, an on-line quality checking method suitable for large-scale centralized verification is proposed. Firstly, an anomaly judgment model is constructed based on statistical process control. Through this model, the abnormal value of the calibration data of the calibration device is judged; secondly, the upper sequence is scheduled twice by the system scheduling software; finally, the abnormal calibration device output from the model is checked real-time online by the high-precision installation standard table. The field test data show that the method can monitor the running state of the verification device in real time without affecting the actual production, and automatically initiate the on-line verification task, effectively improving the quality management efficiency and level of large-scale centralized verification pipeline.
