25,27-二异丙氧基-26,28-二羟基杯[4]芳烃的合成

25, 27-Diisopropoxy-26, 28-dihydroxy-calix[4] arene (2) was synthesized by dialkylation of 25, 26, 27, 28-tetrahydroxy-calix[4] arene (1) and 2-iodopropane (i-PrI) using K2CO3 as the catalyst in MeCN. The structure was confirmed by 1H NMR and MS. The optimum reaction conditions were as followed: 1 was 23.8mmol; n(1):n(K2CO3):n(i-PrI):n(MeCN)=1.0:1.1:3.3:84.0; ionization time was 1.5h at 84℃; reflux reaction time was 24h. The yield of 2 was 84.13% with purity of 95%.
