Study of the Option Pricing Method of Human Resources

A few human resources assessment methods are assessed and the emphasis is put on their existing problems. In order to solve those deficiencies, such as assessing time is too long,subjective estimate is too much and measurement is not precise,we analyze the specialty of complicated human resource,make use of call option thought,introduce the Black-Scholes pricing method,delve into a kind of more objective method——option pricing method,and take an example to analyze it.
