On Study of the Method in measuring the speed and distance used for Ground Based Navigation

In this paper, a method, which shouldn’t be relied on the inertial navigation system (INS), to measure the speed and distance is introduced. Using the small delay in every distance measurement, the speed could be measured simultaneously; the method of signal process about the measurement is introduced; the simulation results and the analysis are given at the same time.
