Advances in the Study of Structural Modification and Biological Activities of Oleanolic Acid

Oleanolic acid is a kind of pentacyclic triterpenoid widely found in natural plants and has various biological activi- ties. In this paper, the research advances of the structural modification of oleanolic acid, as well as anti-diabetes, anti-inflammation, anti-cancer activities in recent fifteen years are reviewed, and many derivatives with excellent biological activity are obtained.
