Numerical evolution of the interior geometry of charged black holes
2020
We present both numerical and analytical studies of charged spherically symmetric two-sided black holes in asymptotically flat space. With suitably large perturbations, we find the geometry contains both a null singularity at the Cauchy horizon and a spacelike singularity at areal radius $r = 0$. The strength of the singularity at $r = 0$ grows with time due to Price Law influxes. The geometry near $r = 0$ is a scalarized Kasner geometry.
