Study on the Extraction Process of FRUCTUS SCHISANDRAE CHINENSIS in Zhenzaoanshen Capsule

[Objective] To study the optimum extraction process of FRUCTUS SCHISANDRAE CHINENSIS in Zhenzaoanshen capsule.[Method] Taking the yield of schizandrin as index,L9(34) orthogonal test designed with four factors like ethanol concentration,extraction time,solid-liquid ratio and extraction times was conducted to select the optimum extraction process for FRUCTUS SCHISANDRAE CHINENSIS.[Result] The optimum extracting process for FRUCTUS SCHISANDRAE CHINENSIS was boiled in 10 times water(solid-liquid ratio=1∶ 10 g/ml) and refluxed for 3 times,1.5 h every time.[Conclusion] This extraction process was a simple and feasible method that was suitable for extracting in Zhenzaoanshen capsule.
