PENGARUH LINGKUNGAN KERJA FISIK TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN KEMENTERIAN PEKERJAAN UMUM DAN PERUMAHAN RAKYAT DITJEN BINA MARGA WILAYAH 1 BANGKA BELITUNG

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of physical work environment to employee satisfaction of Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Ditjen Bina Marga Wilayah I Bangka Belitung. the population on this research is 45 employees. the technique that used to collect the data is census by giving questionnaries to 45 employees. this research is using primary data from questionnaries and using simple regretion technique. the result of this research is to prove that influence of physical work environment significant and positive for employee satisfaction. the advice that can be given in this research is the company to fulfill the employee satisfaction so that they can give the maximum result.
