Análisis de la importancia y pertinencia de los componentes relacionados con creatividad e innovación inmersos en el programa de Administración de Empresas de la Universidad del Cauca

In the development of this monograph, the author wanted to address an important issue, as it is the implementation of the powers of creativity and innovation within the program of business administration academic curricula; due to it extensive that could be a research to all them programs of the universities to level national, is decided to focus is in the University of the Cauca, through a comparison with three universities over popularity in the city of Popayan. This research is as problematic initial bad preparation that is presenting in the graduates of universities, and addresses issues of vital importance for new professionals in the area of business management such as globalization, which generates the need that future professionals are adequately prepared to compete in these markets. For this research is ahead of the study of them plans academic of four universities, University of the Cauca, Institute University College more of the Cauca, University Cooperative of Colombia and University autonomous of the Cauca, choosing to the University of the Cauca as focus of research. Within the study which was carried out at these universities MBA program academic plans, is evidencio the low content of creativity and innovation within the offered programs as well as the low intensity time components, and the few materials related to creativity and innovation. The result of this research reflects how institutions of higher education tend to be conservative in their programs and manage a system of passive learning, taking a high theoretical content and little practical content, without giving him the attention and importance that requires encouraging creativity and innovation in a decisive stage for future professionals.
