Abstract The report demonstrates non-contact, controlled, Black Phosphorus (BP) Quantum Dots (QDs)/PVA film based transient electronic devices which does not require resorption solutions or biofluids. The unique transience of BPQDs/PVA film is triggered with moisture at various temperatures and it completely degrades in the air in less than 12 min.
