Research on Integrated Technology of Rapid CNC Programming System for Structural Part

In order to improve the machining quality and efficiency of structural part in airplane,and implement the rapid CNC programming system,the information flow of rapid programming netw orked manufacturing system w as analyzed;the architecture of rapid CNC programming system w as introduced. Firstly,the resolution for integration system is proposed based on semantic WEB services and COM technology,a ontological model of information w as constructed,finally,A prototype system of rapid NC programming for structural part is developed on the basis of systematic architecture and method as mentioned.The Case study validates the proposed method,w hich improves efficiency and quality of CNC programming of structural part.
