The Research of Purification and Separation of Chlorine/oxygen using Pressure Temperature Swing Process

The effect of adsorption pressure, adsorption time, adsorption temperature and parsing temperature on the chlorine concentration and recovery ratio change is analyzed through separation and purification of chlorine and oxygen by TSA, several sets of experiments have been performed to test the affection of these factors using orthogonal design. This results shows that under the condition: adsorption pressure of 2 bar, adsorption time of 50 min, adsorption temperature of 40 ℃ and parsing temperature of 100 ℃, the best result was obtained, and concentration and recovery rate would be up to 99.8 % and 88.4 %.
