Electric energy meter capable of performing on-line residual current measurement

2014
An electric energy meter capable of performing on-line residual current measurement comprises the components of a bottom housing, a terminal base, a phase-line current line, a zero-line current line, a phase-line current transformer, a zero-line current transformer, a residual current transformer and a circuit board. Two ends of each of the phase-line current line and the zero-line current line are connected with the terminal base. The phase-line current transformer and the zero-line current transformer are respectively mounted on the phase-line current line and the zero-line current line. The signal output ends of the phase-line current transformer and the zero-line current transformer are respectively connected with corresponding signal input ends of the circuit board. The residual current transformer is mounted on the phase-line current line and the zero-line current line. The signal output end of the residual current transformer is connected with a corresponding signal input end of the circuit board. The electric energy meter provided by the utility model can realize on-line real-time measurement and recording for the residual current in a user line. The electric energy meter can perform alarming on alarming events in which the residual current exceeds a preset alarming threshold and generates a residual current over-limit alarming event record.
