An integrated CS2 exhaust air treatment device comprises an exhaust air washing zone, a biological oxidation absorbing zone, a biological adsorption zone, a demister, an activated carbon adsorption zone and an exhaust fan from bottom to top in sequence, wherein an exhaust gas washing assembly is arranged in the exhaust air washing zone, and comprises a tap water spraying device, a wastewater collecting tapered tank, an air inlet pipe and an air distribution pipe; a nutrient solution spraying device, a filling material, a nutrient solution storing tank and a nutrient solution circulating pump are arranged in the biological oxidation absorbing zone; the cross section of the nutrient solution storing tank is round; a sprayed solution collecting device is arranged above the nutrient solution storing tank; the biological adsorption zone is filled with an adsorption filling material; both the tap water spraying device and the nutrient solution spraying device are screwed spraying devices; the demister is a baffle demister or a swirl plate demister.
