Positioning device and combined article rack with positioning devices

The invention relates to a combined article rack with positioning devices, and the combined article rack provided by the invention comprises a plurality of support units, a plurality of the positioning devices and an article placing unit. Each support unit comprises four supporting rods which are spaced mutually and a plurality of connecting rods mounted and fixed among the supporting rods. Each positioning device comprises a clamping seat and an outer sleeve seat, each clamping seat comprises two inner clamping parts which are relatively clamped outside two supporting rods and one connecting rod, and each outer sleeve seat is sheathed and positioned outside the clamping seat. The article placing unit is mounted and fixed among the outer sleeve seats. Therefore, the combined article rack has the characteristics of being convenient and fast for assembly and detachment.
