Design and Fabrication of A Polarization and Phase Modulated Mirror for Free Space Quantum Key Distribution

Precise modulation of polarization and phase is substantially important for high reflectance mirror used for free space quantum key distribution. In this report, the mirror is designed and fabricated by metal-dielectric multilayers.
