Teaching Material System,Teaching System and its Transformation:Mentions from the Dublication of Ideological and Political Teaching Materials in Universities and High Schools

There has been an increasing interest in the problem of overlapping content in ideological and political textbooks,which can be found in both universities and high schools,the opinions about this phenomenon remain varied.In this paper,the author will discuss the causes of this phenomenon from two main aspects:on the one hand,the overlapping,to some extent,is unavoidable in order to maintain the systemic integrity of the Marxism;on the other hand,those unnecessary overlapping content of both curriculum and textbooks can be explained by the disconnection of the ideological and political education between college and high school as well as the misunderstandings on teaching effectiveness that exist in certain teachers.Therefore,it is important to change the ideological and political education in college and high school into a continuum unity.At the same time,it is necessary to transform the education system to teaching system under the guidance of correct understanding of textbooks.
