Four ways to analyse geomagnetic activity and medical related events

Four methods of comparing geomagnetic activity (GMA) and medical-biological events are discussed: (1) daily A and K indices, (2) 'peristorm' days analysis, (3) mean monthly K index, and (4) daily number of events on quiet (I degrees ), unsettled (II degrees ), active (III degrees ) and stormy (IV degrees ) GMA days in the complete rising and declining parts of the 11-year solar activity cycle. >
