Projection device and illumination system

The invention discloses a projection device and an illumination system. The projection device comprises the illumination system, a light valve and a projection lens. The illumination system comprisesat least one laser source, at least one light splitting component, a wavelength conversion component and a reflection component. The at least one laser source generates at least one laser beam, and the at least one laser beam penetrates at least one first film coating area of the light splitting component. The wavelength conversion component converts the laser beam from the light splitting component into a converted light beam. A second film coating area in a reflection surface of the reflection component reflects part of the laser beam from the wavelength conversion component, and the secondfilm coating area and the first film coating area are used to reflect the converted light beam. Part of the laser beam and the converted light beam form an illumination light beam. Via the projectiondevice and illumination system, the converted light beam can be utilized more effectively, so that the illumination system has a high optical efficiency, and the projection device has a good imaging effect.
