The characteristics of undergraduates training of world famous research universities and the enlightenment

Talents training is a complex process in the world famous research universities,which is realized through a systematic and clear training object,flexible curriculum combining the general and the specialized,and flexible and rigorous research training.By analyzing the characteristics of talents training in several world famous research universities,we propose that China's research universities should learn experiences from them,and take practical measures in target orientation and quality training to assure the development and prosperity of the research universities.
