In the process of steam flooding development of super heavy oil in oilfield, because the effect of production wells is different, and the fluid supply capacity of downhole reservoirs is different, which causes the unbalanced relationship between pump supply and drainage, leads to delayed drainage, affects the efficiency of steam flooding, or leads the uneffective working of oil-well pump, as well as the pump body wastage and electric energy waste. The intelligent control technology is used to real time monitor the fluid level position parameters automatically on line and control the frequency and speed of pumping unit motor flexibly. To change the up and down stroke times of sucker rod for making the pumping unit achieving the balance of supply and discharge of production well fluid. The pumping unit motor increases the frequency and stroke for accelerating the pumping body discharge speed once the dynamic liquid level height is higher than the setting value, otherwise, reduce the frequency and stroke. Thus, the working efficiency of the pumping unit system is greatly improved, and the purposes were achieved, such as stabilizing the pump efficiency, increasing the output, reducing the loss, saving energy and increasing efficiency. The comprehensive promotion in the field of super heavy oil development is of far-reaching significance for delaying the production decline in company.
