Modeling and Simulating the Dispensation Drugs as Business Process: Case of Marrakech Hospital University Center Pharmacy

Business Process Management (BPM) method was expanded substantially into the healthcare industry over the last year. Our contribution is to propose ASDIM (Analyze, Specification, Design, Implementation and Monitoring) as a methodological framework for business process applied to hospital drug dispensing systems. Our goal involves modeling, simulating and analyzing the performance of this process.
