Synthesis of Flubendiamide

3-Iodophthalic anhydride(1),1,1-dimethyl-2-methylthioethylamine(2)and 4-heptafluoroisopropyl-2-methylaniline(3) are three important intermediates of Flubendiamide.These three compounds were respectively synthesized from 3-nitrophthalic acid,2-methyl-2-aminopropanol and o-toluidine,and then combined together to converse into flubendiamide in an overall yield of 47.7% with a purity of 95%.
