QTL Location and Analysis of Selenium Content in Tetraploid Wheat Grain

A mapping population consisting of 152 recombination inbred lines(RILs)derived from wild emmer wheat and tetraploid durum wheat were planted in distinct soil with different selenium(Se)treatments to study on the inheritance characters of Se nutrient in wheat grain.Results:Total four GSeC QTLs were detected finally in the chromosome of 5B,6A and 6B.Meanwhile,six lines with extreme GSeC were screened out,with five high Se lines of R8,R9,R13,R45,R171,and one low Se line of R148.
