The Study of Techniques of Measuring Resistivity

This paper presents probe techniques for measuring resistivity,and discusses traditional and dual electro-testing four-point probe and van der pauw method comparing with their virtues and defects,at the same time resistivity formula and corrected formula of thickness are provided. Finally,the application of image recognition and EIT in tomographic resistivity measurement technique and the trend are demonstrated.
