The Optimized-control Technique of Valve-injection System and Its Application in Injection Mould

With the general injection system of mould analyzed,a new control technique of valve-injection is introduced in order to solve the problem of filling process,and the important optimize-control technique of valve-injection is studied.In this research,the theory of CAE is a key technique for valve-injection system to be controlled.According to CAE,the simulation of filling process will be analyzed and the optimum location of gates is found.With hot runner and autocontrol technique,the filling process may be optimized controled based on CAE for timecontrol and method-control and thus can be regarded as a basis for optimized-control of valve-injection system.
