The Kato classes revisited with application to self-adjointness

We give a systematic L 1 approach to L 2 form-perturbation theory for many-body convolution type Hamiltonians. The tools behind the construction rely on local equi-integrability in L 1. In particular, we deepen and extend the Kato classes in di¤erent directions.
