Modelo de gestión estratégica aplicado al Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del Cantón Guaranda

San Pedro de Guaranda is the capital of the province of Bolivar, is located at 2,668 msnm., Solo 220 km. from Quito, the capital of the country, and 150 km. of Guayaquil, mainly because it is known as 'City of the Seven Hills', the current name is Mr Medardo Chimbolema, as well as the may of May 2019, so that it will be a new administration in the process of transition and diagnosing the situation in which the previous administration of the city. In this sense, the present investigation is very important because it plans the design of a strategic management model that guides and directs both authorities, departmental directors and officials of the Decentralized Autonomous Government of Guaranda, so as to identify bankruptcies. Priority needs to be addressed and need to obtain first-hand information through interviews and interviews with staff and directors of the same institutions that provide valuable information for the design of strategic and efficient planning. For the first time I have expounded the mixed character investigations and the quantitativequantitative decision which, on the one hand, handles qualitative data from interviews and, on the other hand, qualitative data from the interviews, but is also planted as a descriptive and explanatory one because it intends to give a description of them. reasons and causes of problems in management that are high in the present day and how to generate a real strategic planning that projects the medium and wide plan for the city, based on sustainable development through the integral management of the city and the provision of public services of quality, in an equitable manner and in solidarity with the community through efficient, honest, responsible management. For this purpose, a set of institutional objectives and strategies is set up to achieve this goal.
