Controllable antibacterial textile and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a controllable antibacterial textile and a preparation method thereof and belongs to the technical field of textiles for daily use. The controllable antibacterial textile is formed by taking more than 3% of silver chelated chitosan fibers and blended yarns spun by conventional fibers as weft and warp yarns, or blended yarns with the content of the silver chelated chitosan fibers of 2%-10% and the conventional yarns through interval arrangement, and grey cloth is formed by adopting a certain tissue structure; the grey cloth is subjected to procedures of desizing, scouring and bleaching, dyeing, shaping and the like by adopting a specific pH value to prepare the textile; the silver content of the prepared textile is not lower than 50ppm after the textile is washed for 50 times; and after the textile meets water with ions (common tap water), the textile has extremely good silver releasing performance. On the basis of keeping the performance of a previous conventional fiber textile, the textile also provides lasting and controllable antibacterial performance and can be used for various types of textiles including bedding, shirts, underwear and the like which are close to skin.
