New Type of Compound Die for Blanking and Drawing with Constant Blank Holder Force

The new structure and main design parameters of a compound die for blanking and drawing with a constant clamping force have been presented.The die is used on a single-action mechanical press.The operating principle of the die has been described.The thickness of rubber of the clamping device is thin.The clamping force is independent of the depth of draw,constant for whole draw,of fine clamping effect and better applicability.
