The flexible ultralyophobic stretchable film and method for preparing the non-destructive method for transferring a droplet

The present invention provides a flexible film and ultralyophobic method of preparing the stretchable non-destructive method for transferring the droplet. Preparation method comprising: a template structure having a micro-nano hung upside down fluorinated modifications and pouring a curable elastomeric material; curable elastomeric material is peeled off from the original template, and hung upside down to give an intermediate having a structure corresponding to the micro-nano micro-nano structures ; intermediate spin-coated on a plastic emulsion; the emulsion solidified spin-coated plastic; cured release film, modified fluorinated, to give a flexible film ultralyophobic stretchable. The lyophobic film not only super almost any liquid having good low wetting characteristics, has good flexibility and stretchability, can change the solid-liquid contact area and the local curvature of the surface by stretching, bending operations adjusting adhesion to the surface of the droplets, the droplets lossless transfer. The present invention further provides a method of handling and to achieve a droplet transfer through a flexible non-destructive ultralyophobic surface stretchable.
