Řízení rizika při nálezu nevybuchlé letecké pumy

The objective of this diploma thesis is to contribute on risk management if an unexploded aerial bomb is found. Firstly, it is necessary to evaluate risk resulting from disposal of an unexploded bomb after its find. It is possible to do some recommendation for disposal of aerial bomb based on risk evaluation, and thus contribute positively to the risk management in this activity. The introducing part is focused on characteristics of aerial bombs, on characteristics of their detonation effects and protection against these effects, on possibilities how to dispose that bombs and on the way how to evaluate and manage the risk. The next part is experimental part, which is focused on creating general procedure of dispose of aerial bomb after its finding and its identification. The next step is to evaluate the risk resulting from used method of disposal according to this analysis. There are also performed calculations to determine the safety zone for 500 lb and 4000 lb bomb. In the end the assessment is made.
