New form textbook, also known as online and offline integrated textbook, has been vigorously promoted in B-learning model these years, as the basic basis of teaching activities, what factors will affect students' satisfaction towards it, how to optimize and improve the influencing factors are all worthy of attention. Therefore, this study constructed a new form textbook satisfaction model from the perspective of students by referring to the core concept of ACSI.
