Location Problem and Planning of an Enterprise Warehouse Based on Optimization Model

Nowadays, with the rapid development of e-commerce, the problem of goods distribution has become a major concern of e-commerce. This paper intends to set up a network sales enterprise, through multi-mode analysis and optimization model to solve the enterprise in the country’s warehouse and production base location planning and other issues, in order to improve delivery efficiency and company efficiency. This article separately from the warehouse establishment quantity determination and the warehouse location two questions separately modelling. Both of them are analyzed using multi-mode thinking conditions, so as to establish an optimization model to solve the problem. Through the proposed data, the optimal number and address of warehouses in many provinces and cities are obtained, and the optimal base establishment and distribution scheme are further promoted. In addition, this article comprehensively considers transportation, storage cost, transportation efficiency, resource utilization and so on, and makes the most comparison between the unique and non-unique source of goods, so as to obtain the optimal scheme of the unique source of goods. The results of the program planning are available for reference.
