Position and Function of Ideological and Political Education in the Cultivation of Employability:Taking Newly-Built Normal Universities of West China as an Example

To play the role of ideological and political education in the training of college students’ employability is the objective need of solving the difficult problem of employment for the newly-built normal universities,and it is the inevitable demand of strengthening and improving ideological and political education work as well.This paper analyzes the present situation and position of ideological and political education for college students in the western newly-built normal universities’ employability training.The function of ideological and political education in western newly-built normal universities’ employability cultivation is analyzed from various dimensions such as college students’ learning motivation,occupation morals,career issues and mental health problems.
