Effects of crude extractions from spleen on physiologic and biochemicalvalues of blood in miscellaneous broilers

miscellaneous broilers of 30 days old were divided into treatment group and control group (randomly). The number of each group was 25. The treatment group drinked water with crude extractions from spleen, control group drinked tap water of equal quantity. On the 10th and 20th days,collecting blood and (determining) their (physiologic) and biochemical values. The results showed that the count of red blood cell and the content of total protein in the treatment group were higher than that in control group (P0.05). The count of blood leucocyte and the content of glucose and globulin in the treatment group were higher than that in the control group (remarkably)(P0.05).
