Development of a clinical coherent Raman imaging system for in vivo drug monitoring

We present the development of a clinical, cart-based coherent Raman imaging system utilizing a rapidly-tuning all-fiber light source and integrated fiber optic detection for video-rate imaging of topical drug delivery and quantification in human skin.
